WHAT HER NAVY HAS DONE

Baron Sonnino, Prime Minister,, speaking in' the Chamber of Deputies, said the Italian Navy was using a hundred vessels, and had carried forty thousand tons of .food-to help the Serbian Army. Including women and children, refugees and Austrian prisoners,' the Italians had- transported 250,000 persons overseas, despite .submarine- at tacks. . " ' .
Baron Somino added: "Italy recently concluded a treaty with Britain,; assuring equal treatment to their nationals compared with 1 foreign nationals, Italy agreeing to the abolition of the' Capitulations in Egypt and the transforma-, tion of tho mixed tribunals;"
