Bofore the Privy Council, in the case Attorney-General of Queensland v. the Attorney-General of Australia, 'a petition for Special leave to appeal, the Lord Chancellor said tlio importance of tho matter had increased' as argument proceeded. At his suggestion, the case has been adjourned to May 4, when tho Attornoy-Gouoral of Queensland will argue at full length, de novo.
