WOOLLEN MILL DISPUTE

« WORK TO START ON MONDAY.,The Wellington Woollen. Mills dispute, was advanced, another stage yes* terday, and' the wheels of the big mill at Petone are to commence revolving again on Monday at 8 a.m.' The terms which have been' accepted by the Mill Employees' Union are stated to he practically; those offered by the company a week ago, after the joint conference of parties, at which the Prime Minister (Right Hon. W. F. Massey) presided. The terms then offered were as follow:— •' •, All malo workers up to and including 48s. per week, and all female workers up to and including 275. 6d. per week, a war bonus of 10 per cent., as from " February 1 last. All male workers above 48s. and female workers above; 275. 6d.,' a war benus of 5 per cent, as from February 1, also a back tonus of 5 per cent, on tho six months' earn* ings (including overtime) ended January 31, 1916. Tile war bonuses are pay, able after each fourth pay-day, and thfl special bonus of 5 per cent, at the close of the .company's financial year. .Any; employee leaving between bonus paydays to receive amount accrued at time of leaving.
