BANKERS ALARMED
MOVING MONEY OUT OP GERMANY By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright , Rome, April 13. Reports received in financial circles indicate that German bankers are transferring reserves to neutral countries. They do not heed the losses incurred on an unfavourable exchange 'so long as they succeed in getting the money safely out of Germany. The step is ascribed to the reports that the last war loan was a failure, and coercive measures are feared.
