« JOINS. THE REINFORCEMENTS. Br Telegraph.—P-nw A ."socio Hon Oamaru, April 13. ,' The resignations of the Rev. J. D. Wilson, who is leaving as a combatant, with the Reinforcements, and of the Ro-v. H. Clark, who is leaving as chapr lain-captain, were received at tho Presbytorv meeting to-day. The Rev. J. D. Wilson's Js the first ease of a New Zealand resiffnation, and was not accented, but leavo of absence was emitted for twelve months, Weston and Totara, in co-operation, contributinc, halfpav in the meanwhile. Reference was made to the spirit of duty displayed by the Rev. J. D. Wilson, and the lack of spirit of the young men._ Both the departing ministers are married.
