Dr. H. A. de Lautour, one of the doctors who examine recruits at the Toivn Hall, has. compiled a list of causes of tho rejection of recruits and causes of recruits being deferred as temporarily unfit home recruits, of course, have two or more causes of rejection. The list follows and it concerns Town Hall recruiting from October 23, 1915, till April 1, Wi6:TT £?" se ' Bej. Def. The rejected numbered 101 (14i42 per cent.); 59 (8.12 per cent.) were deferred; and 540 (77.14 per cent.) were passed as fit. Under a heading "Not Causes for Rejection, but Cases Worth Recording," the following are noted:— • Per , Cent.
