Speaking in the House of Commons, Lord Robert Cecil (Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs) said that he arranged for Mr. Justice Younger's valuable report on the treatment of the British prisoners at the Wittenberg Prison Camp in Germany to be brought under the notice of neutral countries. He would be glad to take the utmost steps to acquaint the civilised world of this shocking revelation of German cowardice and brutality. (Cheers.) The "Evening News" says:. "The horrors of Wittenberg have been made possible by that combination of huckstering, treachery, and intrigue which is called German trade. That vile machine must not continue in our Empire. Those who traffic in death will lay up a heritage of ,woe .ior their children's children. .
