GERMAN CHANCELLOR GIVEN THE LIE HERR LIEBKNECHT MAKES TROUBLE By Telegraph-Prees Association-Copyright Copenhagen, April 9. . The organ of the Schleswig Danes at Flensburg publishes the full report of the Reichstag proceedings. When the Imperial Chancellor (Herr IJethmanu-Hollwcg) declared that Germany's enemies chose war, Dr. Liehknecht (Socialist leader) shouted "Lies. Yon choso it." There was a tremendous uproar and cries of ''Chuck him out," ."Blackguard," "Dirty Dog." Herr Hollweg declared: "We want neighbours with whom we can co-oper-ate with mutual advantage." Herr Liebknecht interposed: "You therefore suddenly assail and strangle them." There -was a deafening din; The strongest epithets were hurled at Herr ' Liebknecht, a member shouting "Hit him on the head." Herr Liebknecht, later during the naval debate, tried to discuss the submarine question, but was forbidden to continue ".. FURTHER HEATED SCENES ' . SIR ROGER. CASEMENTS: TREACHERY. //"';•. Later. There have been further heated scenes in the Reichstag. Herr Liebknecht declared that he .held documents showing an agreement with Herr Zimmerman and Sir Roger Casement for drilling British prisoners to fight against land. _'.-■■ -Despite repeated callis to order, and' cries of "Traitor!"
