UPROAR IN THE REICHSTAG • DEPUTY WANTS BELGIUM TO BE COMPENSATED 1913—-AND NOW. • Amsterdam,-April 7. ■In the. German Reichstag, Count Westarp, a Conservative, said that Germany's chief '-task was to. force Britain to renounce her destructive plans. They did not want Germany's military ana political backbone broken. He condemned America for supplying ammunition to :' the Allies. In 1913 Herr von Jagow had declared .that Germany, would uphold Belgian neutrality.
