FEDERAL PRIME MINISTER By Toleßrapli—Press Association-Copyright London, March 31. The "Frankfurter Zeitung" says that Mr Hughes has becomo the darling of tho'English Jingoes. His attitude embarrasses the Government, but the latter has to treat well the Prime Minister of an important colony which has given a strong, though, on account of its criminal lack of self-rcstramt, a perfectly useless auxiliary force. . MR. HUGHES IMPROVING. (Rec. April 2, 5.5 p.m.) London, April 1. Mt. Hughes is steadily improving.
