The "Daily Chronicle's" Geneva correspondent says that the hasty recall of Prince Buelow to the Kaiser's headquarters is regarded as confirming the reports that Herr von Bethmann-Holl* weg (the German Imperial Chancellor) is_ resigning owing to a grave dispute with the Kaiser.
