Expect . changeable conditions, but fair to cloudy generally, and probably cooler. Barometer has a rising tendency in the south, but is likely to fall for a. short time' in the north. Atmospheric pressure is still high in tho ncrth, o,nrt has risen considerably in tho south.- High westerly winds have ruled, with cloudy and unsettled weather souths ward of New Plymouth and Oastlepoint.
