The- report to be presented at the annual meeting of St. David's Association 'Football Club states that the committee were pleased to record tho fact that 27 members of the club had responded to the Empire's call. Although it ivas probable that no senior matches ■would be played this season, tho committee -urged.the older members to oncotirago the youiigor o.nesv in order that the' club might maintain a strong position. Sir. H. Green, who had been connected with the club sinoe its inception, had resigned from tho office of secretary and treasurer, and .would go into camp next month with the Engineers. The committee placed, on record its appreciation of his valuable services.
