In future all applications for commissions in the New Zealand Expeditionary: Force received from returned soldiers who are in camp are to be forwarded to Camp Headquarters. on "■■ the 13th and' 27th day. of each month. A list, of the .names submitted will then be forwarded to. General Headquarters, from where they will _be cabled -to the G.O.C.N.Z. Expeditionary Force for his decision on the Ist and 15th of eaoh. month. Applications from n.c.o.'s and men are not to be. forwarded to Camp Headquarters until such time as the applicant has been passed as medically fit for further active service, and has actually reported in camp.
