The Napier Harbour Board is considering the advisability of providing a tree ferry service between Port Ahnnri and Wcstslioro as soon as the present TVestshore Bridge is demolished. J-he present bridgo is about a quarter or a mile long, whereas when tho embankment and new bridge are completed the distance to TVcstshoro will bo about three miles.
