THE JOHNSONVILLE CLUB; - The Johnsonville Golf Club was favoured with good weather for the opening of the 1016 season, and the links looked their host after the rain in the morning, (freshening things up after the long dry spell. Quite a large number o? visitors attended and took part ill the competitions. The competitions on Saturday consisted of driving and approaching, and in the former Misg Batham, with 140 yards, and Mr. G. 0 Sutton, of Miramar, with 200 yards, oame first.
