WOOLLEN MILL STRIKE
NO SETTLEMENT IN VIEW,
_ Nothing of any moment has happened in connection with the strike of the Wellington Woollen Mills Employees' Union, no attempt by either party being made to bring about any reconsideration of the differences involved.
A conference of the mill-owners of New Zealand is to be held to-morrow, when the whole matter of wages will bo carefully considered in the Tight of the Petone strike. Othor matters which cannot be divulged will also be disoussed.
