A new Cabinet has been formed in Portugal, headed-by Senhor Alroerra, the Evolutionist. , , .t \- Ex-King Manoel telegraphed to his friends in Portugal as follows: "In view of the war, all political questions must Tie absolutely set aside; we must only think of our beloved country. Everyone must offer his services to the Portuguese Government and join>iu the effort to attain.a final victroy for the Allies. I know too well_ the devotion and patriotism of my partisans to doubt my instructions being faithfully followed."
