The "Exohango Telegraph" reports that it is stated in diplomatic circles that the Brazilian Government will be compelled, owing to shortage of transport, to requisition interned German ships. ■ Brazilian financial circles point out that Germany requisitioned seven millions' w r orth of Brazilian coffee at Hamburg, and had hitherto refused reparation. '
