London, March 16. The Hon. B. R. Wise (New South Wales Agent-General) and Mr. H. I'ratten (of Australia) officially visited Holland and inspected the internment and refugee camps.- Tlioy found evidence of groat activity in provisioning Belgium by organisations working through Mr. Hoover, the Commissioner. A million and a half destitute Belgians were receiving gifts of foodstuffs and clothing, and 5,500,000 were able to purchase through the Commission. Vessels were constantly arriving with foodstuffs at Rotterdam, whence they were distributed by an admirable organisation.
