RAPIDLY GROWING WORSE By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, March 16. Mr. B. R. Wise (Agent-General for New South Wales) and Mr. Pratten, who have just returned from a visit to Holland, state that there is a strong opinion in Holland that conditions of life in Germany are rapidly growing worse. The reports of shortage of food, riots, and shootings of the populace were correct. Even pro-German Hollanders expect that the war will result only in stalemate.
