The Orient Company proposes to substitute 6 per «eut. cumulative unguaranteed preferred shares for the existing guaranteed 5 per cent., giving holders a 20 per cent, bonus in'preferred shares paid out.of reserve; also aSO per cent, bonus to deferred stockholders out of reserve. Thn preferred capital will be increased to £200 000 iu £10 shares, and the deferred shares will be subdivided into £5 shares, and the capital increased to 200,000 £5 shares.
