OBTAINABLE FROM THE DOMINIONS. By Telegraph—PreEs Association-Copyright (Rec. March 16, 11.45* p.m.; Sydney, March 16. Among_ the passengers by the Makura which sailed to-day, is Mr. G. H. Pritchard, representing the Sugar Producers' Association, who is proceeding to England to attend a. conference which has for its object the ousting of German sugar trade. Mr. Pritchard states that the Dominions could easily supply the sugar needs of the whole Empire.
