A Reuter message from Washington states:—A punitive expedition haß entered Mexico in pursuit of the Villa bandits, who recently raided the American town of Columbus, killing several of the inhabitants. It is argued that tho Mexican trouble had been obviously browing for months, and yet the forces on the border were inadequate to cope with the trouble when the time came. Congress is urged to deal promptly with measures of army reform. '
