Tho spacious shop at tho corner of Willis and Jlcrcer Streets, recently vacated by iUessr.i. i' 1 . Cooper, Ltd., has been luxuriously fitted up l'or the purpose mentioned, and patrons will find that their most delieato tastes will bo sftUsfied. Civility, celerity, und cleanliness will be the principal features of this new "Jfarblo Bar," everything being prepared under the supervision of experts, with American aud AusIraliau experience, who will personally attend to the preparation of each order; The interior presents a very pleasing appearanco with its huge mirrors, pretty light shades, marble counter (locally manufactured), and onyx soda fountains. A bevy of neatly uniformed girls will supply icod drinks of various fruit flavours, cream .sodas, parfaits, sundaes, fruit phosphates, egg drinks, and various specialties. Only the very latest, appliances have been installed, and everything is electrically driven, from tho ice-cream churn to the small mixer used in the preparation of drinks. Another point is that only pure fruits will bo used. The cellar below the shoo has been converted into an up-to-d«te factory for tho crushing of fruit and the preparing of the various 'delicacies. All is scrupulously clean, and will bo kept so. There will be an ample supply of hot water, and nil the utensils will be thoroughly sterilised after hnving been used. No expense has been spared in making all arrangements for the convenience of the public.
