A WELCOME HOME TO-MORROW. Luke) has decided to accord the returned soldiert by both vessels a combined welcome at the Town Hall to-morrow, at an hour that will be announced in to-morrow morning's papers. The function will take a similar form to those of the same character' held in Iho past.

■ Arrangements are being made with tho Motor Reserve Corps and the owners .of private cars, to bring the men up from the wharf to the Town Hall. The Mayor; hopes that the public will accord these men the royal welcome they deserve, and that the public will attend in .force at the Town Hall. '

Dunedln, March 14, The transport Tahiti arrived at Port Chalmers this afternoon with 160 invalided men on board, also six noncommissioned officers returning for commissions, and, eight medical orderlies returning to, complete their studies. Four nursing sisters, _two staff officers, medical officers, and a cKaplain-captain are also on •* the ship. The medical examination will be completed to-night, and the troops will come up to Dunedin m the morning. After a civic welcome the men for the north will entrain at 11.45 a.m.', and men for the south at 4 o clock.'
