Since last reporting tho glut of tomatoes being experienced on the local market has not disappeared. Enormous Quantities continue to arrive, although it appears that the next few days ftiil show a decrease in quantities, and a resulting advance in values, l'lp fruits arriving in fail' quantities, the supply being emral to the demand. Vegetables Bcnorally a™ scarce, with prices advancing, and without a- change in the weather conditions a general shortage con be anticipated for the coming winter. Potatoes are easier, while onions are unchanged. Fresh cecs nve firm.
