THE KING'S THEATRE. "The Martyrdom of Nurse Cavellj" which is being eliown. twice. daily this week at the King's Theatre, is a most im. pressive and sympathetic tribute to the ■ memory of. the noble woman whose only crime was the assisting of a wounded countryman to return to his wife and family.' The production and acting generally is on a high scale, and, the picture as presented cannot hurt the feelings of the most sensitive. A strong attraction is announced for next week, when Sir A. Conaii Doyle's famous story, "The Exploits of Brigadier Gerard," will bo shown in film form, with Lewis Waller and Madge Titheradge in the leading roles—those in which they were so successJul in the stage version of the same story. EVERYBODY'S THEATRE. The leading picture at • Everybody's' Theatre this week is a film which, besides being a good drama, is full of topical war scenes. Red Cross operations at the front are shown, and there are many fine scenio studies also. Miss Blanche Sweet is particularly well suited in her xole, while the acting generally is of a very high order. The film is full of .heart in. terest and is certain to attract good houses. Added to'that are some good sup. porting items. "HP FROM THE DEPTHS." "The Unafraid," photo-drama, at the Empress Theatre this week, continues to prove a strong' draw. Next week there will be scteened another. of the Mutual master pictures, entitled as above, and featuring ; tho eminent actor, Courtney Poote. The drama is' founded on the story of a girl's infatuation foV a scoundrel.
