Paris, March 4. lYn explosion occurred in a magazine at Noublo Couronne, at Fort Saint Denis, and spread to the powder works near by. A car containing thirty-two passengers was overturned, and tho majority were injurod. Altogether 30 civilians in the vicinity of the works were killed and 150 wounded.
