At the conference callcd by Her Excellency the Countess of Liverpool, at which representatives of tho various Liverpool bodies throughout tho Dominion wero present, afternoon tea was provided by the local branch of tho Countess of Liverpool Fund in tho Coiv cert Chamber of the Town Hall. About thirty-five of tho delegates intend going up to Fcathorston to-day to visit tho camp.
