SEQUEL TO A MOTORING ACCIDENT i £600 DAMAGES AWARDED i Hearing of the case in which Francis Joseph Diehard Heath sued Dr. Prondergast Knight for £1173, us damages incurred in a collision between, plaintiff's motor-cycle and defendant's motor-car, was concluded in the Supreme Court .yesterday. The jury returned a verdict in favour of the plaintiff for £625 general damages, with costs, etc. The case was then ■ adjourned pending discussion of certain phases.
