BRUSH WITHTHEENEMY IN EGYPT
SOUTH AFRICAN TROOPS IN ACTION London, February 27, 9.10 p.m. The High Commissioner reports:— "In Egypt an enemy column was attacked .yesterday at Agagia, south-east of Barrani, by General Lukins with a column consisting of South African Yeomanry and Territorial Artillery. The onemy was completely routed, and fled in scattered parties, pursued by our cavalry. Later our aeroplaues reported them eight miles south-west of Agagia, still pursued."
