BIG CLAIM FOR DAMAGES In tho Supreme Court on Saturday , morning, before His Honour Mr. Justice Chapman and a jury of twelve, there ivas further hearing of evidence in the case in which Francis Josopli Richard Heath sued Dr. PrendergastKnieht to recover tho sum of £1173 as damages for injuries sustained in a collision betwen plaintiff's motor-cycle ; and defendant's motor-car. Mr. M. Myers appeared for tho plaintiff while Mr. C. P. Skerrett, K.C., with lum Mr. P.'EL Putnam, appeared for the defendant. Some particulars of the case were published on Saturday. Hearing had not concluded at 1 p.m., when the Court adjourned until this morning.
