METHODIST CONFERENCE
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, February 25. At the. Methodist Conference the following probationers 'were received as ministers with full connection: —Bov. Messrs. Evans, Hunter, Lea, and Parsons. The following were passed for their respective years: Rev. Messrs. Peat, Batty, F. Orton, Harris, Werran, Hocking, Minifie. Messrs. Kendon and Sage were elected' ministers on probation. The names of .probationers who had joined the military forces were referred to a committee on military affairs to determine their status. The following wero elected as representatives on the Stationary Committee: —Auckland district: Messrs. W. G. Winstone, J. Veale. South Auckland: Messrs. Clothier and Webber. Wanganui: Messrs. E. Dixon and T, P. Highson. Hawke's BayrManawatu district: Messrs. Bis-son and Verry. Wellington :t Messrs. F. Kenn and B. J. Kinneberg. Nelson: Messrs. A. A Lucas and \V. D. Pike. North Canterbury: Messrs. J. H. Blackwell, R-. H. Turner. South Canterbury: Messrs. W. G. Irwin and F. Frampton. Otago district: Messrs. E. Rosevear, J. B. Shacklock. Southland district: Messrs. J. J. Wesneyand ft. W. M'Oreath.
