The Director of the Wellington Technical School reported as follows to the board last evening:— „ . "I have' been in communication with the Government Biologist in connection with the question of ' establishing a course suitable for produce managers and others who have to deal with seeds, manures, eto,, and who often have to advise farmers on suoh matters.
