Messrs. M. Edgar and Co., wholesale jewellers, who have purchased the lease of the jewellery establishment at 53 Willis Street, have give.u instructions to Messrs. E. Johnston and Co., auctioneers, to dispose of the present stock of high-class jewellery and silyerware by auction. The sale will commence on Friday next, and continue on Saturday and Monday. The Martinborough Annual Ewe Fair will be held in Messrs.. Dalgety and Co.'s yards on Thursday next, February 24, when buyers will have the opportunity of buying sheep from' the runs of wellknown breeders of the district. Messrs. Abraham and Williams, Ltd., announce that they will hold a stock sale at Levin, on Fridaynext.
