Powell, was totally destroyed by fire on Saturday night, as_ well as a motorlorry owned by Phillips. Powell was insured in the New Zeaand Office for £750, but .estimates his loss at £2000 above, as he was carrying a large 6tock of timber, which was not insured. Phillips's lorry was insured for £600 in the Commercial Union.
