New Plymouth, February 5: a, In the Supreme Court the libel action, t. in which Garnet Saunders, picture thea:i- tre manager, sued Henry Weston, proa > prietor of the "Tarnnald Herald," for £1000, was concluded late last night, alter a two days' hearing. The jury )e found for defendants on all counts, and the Court awarded costs according to t. scale against plaintiff. The action t. arose out of correspondence concerning t. kinemacolour pictures and theatro manis- agoment.
