Much, interest was evinced in tlio Prince of "Wales's entry into public affairs, when, khaki clad and bronzed, on special leave from the front, ho addressed a public meeting on behalf of the Royal Patriotic Funds. His Royal Highness, in the course of his address, said that the struggle in which the Empire was engaged lnid aroused a wonderful spirit of enthusiasm in the British people.
