PREDICTION ABOUT ENEMY'S NEXT ' ATTACK AIR-TORPEDOES AND 17-INCH GUNS By Telegraph—Press A6Bociation-Copy rlgM (Bee. January 28, 11.15 p.m.) New York, January 27. Mr. Jl'Millan, president of the American Aeronautic bociety, in an interview, stated that Krupps were perfecting a pneumatic ttibe capable of launching an eight-inch torpedo from an airship, which would strike with the impact of fourteen tons. It would be ablo accurately to overcome crosscurrents of air at a height of fifteen thousand feet. He predicted that the German fleet would soon come out and give battle to the British Navy with new 17-inch guns. He based his predictions on information he had received from a satisfactory source. Tho air-torpedo had I been successfully tried under practical conditions, and an air raid could be looked for in two or three weeks. On the result of this venture would depend the dash of the German fleet from Kiel. -
