The "Outlook" has interviewed Dr. Liebknecht (the German Socialist leader), who was in a despondent mood. He said: "There are now two Socialist parties in Germany—the split has come." Everyone became a separate cell in' tho body politic, and every thinker a mental prisoner. It is a war of conquest. 'I here are rich mines in Franco and Belgium, and they will never be relinquished. Socialists, without the I'ress, have never understood tho situation." Dr. Liebknecht admitted that there was truth in the interviewer's remark that the Germa,n Socialists had been cowardly—"but," ho said, "you must remember that thoy owned property worth a million sterling, iucludiij" -■B«6&esjL..ths&Jiasi_ani W&i'i --
