TWO MEN KILLED THE LATEST CASUALTY LIST The latest casualty list issued by tho Base Records Office contains the names of two men who have been killed in action. Three men have died of sickness, and one has succumbed to injuries as a result of a tram accident. Following are tho particulars ;— KILLED IN ACTION CANTERBURY MOUNTED RIFLES. Dorman, Tpr. Charles Percy (No. 7/1350). Next-of-kin, Mr. A. Dorman, Riverview, Fairlie, Canterbury (father). (December IS.) OTAGO BATTALION. James, Pte. Albert John (No. 8/2-136). Next-of-kin, Mrs. H. A. Brown, 550 Hills Road. Marshlano. Christchurch (mother). (December 13.) DIED OP SICKNESS FIELD ARTILLERY. Collie, Gunner James Gordon (No. 2/1965). Next-of-tii, Mr. J. L. Collie, Te Kawhia, Ngaruawahia. (Died of paratyphoid at New Zealand General Hospital, Alexandria, January 11.) CANTERBURY BATTALION. Hardy Pte. James (No, G/1081). Next-ol-kin, Mrs. F. Smith, Gilbert Street, La Trobe, Tasmania (mother). (Died of pneumonia at Malta, January 13.) OTAGO BATTALION. Braithwaite, _ Pte. Horace (No. 8/813). Next-of-kin, Mr. Joseph Braithwaite, St. Clair, Dunedin (father). (Died at Dunedin Hospital, January 15.) ACCIDENTALLY KILLED OTAGO BATTALION. Randall, Pte. Frederick James (No. 8/3-160). Next-of-kin, Mr, M. Randall, 36 Wendover Road, Staines, England. (Died of fractured skull at 2nd Australian General Hospital, Cairo, January 14, result of tram accident.) SLIGHTLY WOUNDED RIFLE BRIGADE. Thomson, Rflmn. David- M. (No. 23/1217). Next-of-kin, Mr. E. L. Thomson, c/o Mrs. Butler, 544 Devon Street, New Plymouth. (Slightly wounded, Decomber 25; still doing duty.)
