The authorities of Malaga, a town in the south of Spain, have discovered that 3600 German rifles linve lieen imported inside blocks and ornamental pillars of cement, lined with zinc. The disclosure was due to the cracking of the cement. A Dutch steamer brought a consignment to Marseilles, and it was thence transhipped.
