COMMERCIAL TRAVELLERS AND RECRUITING
At fcl)o ; meeting of tho Wellington Commercial Travellers held last evening, some discussion took place regarding the _ recruiting movement, and the opinion was expressed that the association should support tho Government in any measures it was considered, exDcdient to adopt lor tlie successful prosecution of tho war. No formal motion was put to the meeting in regard to tlie matter, which the president! remarked might safely bo left in the hands of the committee, as one member bad suggested.
