LEAVING FRANCE MESSAGE PROM THE KING By Talesraeli—Press Association—Ooprrlght London, December 27. The Prince of Wales, addressing a. parade of the Indian Army Corps heforo its departure from France, convoyed the King's message to the troops, as follows: —"Over a year ago you were summoned to fight for the safety of tho Empire. You honoured my pledged word, and my confidence in your senso of duty, and your courage and chivalry have since beeif nobly justified, and 'I now require your services in another field of action. I wish to express my satisfaction with your conduct on the battlefields of Belgium and France. In your toils and hardships you lwve shown courage and endurance, often f gainst great odds, and done noble deeds iii an over-memorable, conflict. .
