J . v «— - ' HER NEW STAFF COL. ELLIOTT TO COMMAND Upon her return to New Zealand at the end of this month the Hospital Ship Maheno will ho recommissioned and sail again for Europe. A fresh commissioned staff has been appointed as follows:— Officer Commanding. Lieut-Col. J. S. Elliott, M.D., 8.5., Edin., N.Z.M.C. Staff. Major H. F. Bernau, M.R.C.S., Eng., L.R.C.P., London, N.Z.M.C. Major (temporary) J.. M'Naughton Christie, M.D.,' Glas., F.R.C.S., Edin. Capt. H. M. Wilson, 8.5., Cantab., N.Z.M.C. Capt. A. Clark, F.R»:C.S., Edin., N.Z.M.C. Capt. W. J. Barclay, M.D., F.R.C.S., D.P.H., Edin. Capt. F. A. Bott, /M.B, 8.5., Now. Zealand. ' . Adjutaut and quartermaster Capt. Maurico Denniston, N.Z. Garrison Ar-' tillery Reserve. Lieut'.-Col. Elliott has been principal medical officer of the Wellington Military District since April .last. Captain Barclay is -superintendent of the Wellington Hospital. Major Bernau has a practice in Napier, Major Christie a practice in Wellington, Capt. Wilson a .practice in Hastings, and Capt. Bett: a practice in Nelson. Capt. Clark is radiologist'at the Auckland Hospital. The date of the re-sailing of the Maheno has not yet been fixed.-
