In the. Petone Court on Wednesday a prohibition older was granted, on the application of the police, against G. A. Winnie. , In the judgment summons case W. J. Donovan v. H. Muflony, an order was made for payment of the sum of £3 Bs. on or before January 31, 1915, or in default three days' imprisonment.
