On lis way down to Wellington Mr. Kobills3ll met at tho stations the , or M a y° rs ' representatives at otrat'rord, Hawera, Patea ayerley, and Levin, and all.expressed cordial approval of: the unity platform , Mr. Robinson intended visiting Point iUizabeth and addressing the miners there, but finds that the holiday arrangements will cause considerable inconvenience, and,the visit is, therefore, postponed. ' The Director of Post and Telegraph forvices (Colonel W. 11. Morris) has ordered a recruiting parade of Nos. 7 and 8 Coni-pMttes m conjunction with tho Post and Telegraph Company of Senior Cadets ior this evening. The troops will leare the vicinity of the Government Printing Offices at 7.30 o'clock and headed by the sth Regiment Band, wili march via the Quay'and Grey Street into the Post Office Square, whero recruiting speeches will be delivered bv Captau Donald Simson and probably brother speakers.- The march will then ba continued by way of Willis Street, Manners Street, to Coui-tcnay Place where another halt will take place, and thenco on to the vicinity of tile Basin Bescnc.
