A quiet but very pretty weddiafc was solemnised at Lower Hutt on Tuesday when Miss Emily Ada (Daisy) Gardner, daughter of Mr. 'John Gardner, of ■Lower Hutt, was married to Mr. Henry Rowell, of Lower Hutt. The ceremony was performed at. St.' James's Church by the Roy. A. Lloyd Hansel. The bride, who- was given away by. her father, looked' the picture .of happiness .and was attired., in a creme .garberdine costume, white tacel hat, with, white lancet plume. She was attended by Miss Elsie Mungavin, of • Porirua. ■as bridesmaid and she wore a royal blue Santoy costun>9 with tagel picture hat. Mr. W. J. Gardner acted, as best man.
