"I WILL TAKE MY SALARY," SAYS MR. ASQUITH. By Telexrapl—Press Association—Oopyrlghl London, December 14. In the House of Commons, Mr. Asquitli, in replying to Mr. W. H. Cowan, opposed tho suggestion to reduce by 25 per cent, the salaries of members of the Houso .of Commons and publio servants receiving upwards of £300 per annum. Such incomes were taxed like those of every class in the community. Mr. Asquith added, in reply to further remarks: "I take my salary, and mean to continue to take it." 1
